By creating an account or using StadiumTracker, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it. You must be 13 or older.
Your content
Your visits, notes, ratings and photos are yours. We claim no ownership of them. We store and display them only to provide the app to you, and we do not publish, sell or share them. You are responsible for having the right to upload any photo you add.
Where your data is kept, and the risk you accept
Use “Back up my data” in the profile menu regularly. A sync subscription stores your data on our servers instead, so it survives a lost device.
Subscriptions
A sync subscription is billed through the app store you bought it from (Apple or Google) or, on the web, through our payment processor. It renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel or manage it in your app store account — we cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Refunds follow the policy of whoever took the payment.
If a subscription lapses, your data is not deleted; syncing simply stops. Export your data before cancelling if you want a copy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu or via the deletion page. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, visits and any photos on our servers are removed and cannot be restored. Cancel any active subscription separately in your app store.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and don't upload anything unlawful or infringing. We may suspend accounts that do.
Links to ticket and travel sites
The app links out to ticket marketplaces, hotel and car-hire sites so you can buy from them directly. We don't sell tickets, take payment, or handle bookings — once you follow a link you are their customer, on their terms, and any purchase, refund or dispute is between you and them.
Some of those links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy something. It costs you nothing extra. It does not change which providers we show you or the order they appear in, and we do not receive or see your payment details. Where a link is monetised, the app says so before you tap it.
Prices, availability and any claims made on those sites are theirs, not ours, and we can't guarantee them.
Schedule and team information
Game times, scores, standings and venue details come from public sources including the MLB Stats API and ESPN. We do our best to keep them current but cannot guarantee accuracy — check with the venue before travelling. Trip plans are suggestions, not guarantees; you are responsible for your own travel decisions.
StadiumTracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MLB, the NFL, the NBA, the NHL, or any team. Team names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data stored on your own device.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use it means accepting them.
