Delete your account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

From the app or website

Open StadiumTracker and sign in.
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm with your password.

What gets deleted

Your account — email address, username and password
Your home ZIP code and followed teams
Every visit stored on our servers, including ratings, notes and seat details
Every photo stored on our servers
Any notification registrations

This happens immediately and cannot be undone. There is no grace period, and we cannot restore an account once it is gone. If you want to keep your history, use Back up my data in the profile menu first — it saves a .zip of your visits and photos that is yours to keep.

Routine backups taken before your deletion may still contain your data for up to 90 days before they are destroyed. Those backups exist only to recover the service after a failure; they are never used to restore an individual account.

Data stored only on your device. On the free plan, your visits and photos live on your phone rather than our servers. Deleting your account does not remove those — uninstalling the app does, as does clearing its storage in your device settings.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Play Store account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.

Can't sign in?

If you have lost access to your account, email support@stadiumtracker.net from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We will verify ownership and delete it within 30 days.
